Phase II: SFA Strategic Development
SFA utilizes its aggregate findings to formulate our Strategic Calibration Recommendations. Included in this Phase is the development of concept graphic brand communications tools that exemplify the recommended strategic brand platform.
Phase III: Strategic Brand Calibration Recommendations Presentation
In this Phase, SFA delivers our findings in the form of:

  • Competitive overview, value propositions and recent advancements
  • Trends – current and future, domestic and international
  • Target audience assessments
  • Company value proposition(s)
  • Company definition and brand position

Phase IV: Articulating The Brand Internally

At this point, SFA presents the new Strategic Brand Platform to a group of senior and key sales, product, project and customer service managers, including dealers.

After all four Phases have been conducted and agreed upon, SFA will develop all associated marketing materials and programs.
