We are seeking a motivated freelance web production artist for long term assignment.
(8-12 weeks) Individual will support Project Manager and Art Director on a variety of marketing campaigns for the web.
The successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, collaborative and able to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced but fun environment at our Trumbull location.
Qualified candidates will have the following skills:
- Expert in HTML and CSS (Table-less CSS) and work with Web designer's Photoshop layout files and optimize images

- Experience working with JavaScript and either possess working knowledge of jQuery or other JavaScript frameworks. Proficient in Mac Platform - OS X
|
- Proficient with Dreamweaver CS3 and Adobe Photoshop CS3
|
- Savvy with current web standards and best practices
|
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical web design/build issues
|
- Possess knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browser web browser opportunities and constraints
|
- Working knowledge of Flash and SEO practices is bonus
|
- 2-3 years experience working in an agency or client-side environment
|
